Article 1. Limitation of Liability

CMarket shall not be held liable for any loss or damages arising from transactions conducted in violation of these Terms and Conditions or outside the scope of the trading rules established by the Exchange.

CMarket is not responsible for disputes arising between users, including but not limited to disputes caused by the negligence, misconduct, or failure of either party to a transaction.

Where services are provided in cooperation with third-party affiliates, any damages caused by such affiliates shall be governed by their respective terms and conditions. Disputes between users and third-party service providers shall be resolved directly between the relevant parties.

 

Article 2. Disclaimer

CMarket shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the following circumstances:

A) Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, governmental actions, national emergencies, or other events beyond reasonable control;

B) Losses caused by the user’s intentional acts, negligence, account mismanagement, or violation of applicable laws or these Terms;

C) Service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by telecommunication providers, internet service providers, or other third-party infrastructure operators;

D) Temporary suspension or disruption of services due to system maintenance, server inspections, upgrades, or technical improvements;

E) Errors, delays, or failures in cryptocurrency transfers caused by defects or issues within blockchain networks, token issuance systems, or related external infrastructure.

CMarket shall not be responsible for any content, materials, or information posted, transmitted, or registered by users on the platform. Each user bears sole responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the information they submit.

All digital assets listed on the Exchange are registered based on information provided by respective project teams or users. CMarket does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information and assumes no liability in relation thereto.
