Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1. Purpose

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between CMarket (“Company”) and its users (“Users”) regarding the use of the Company’s website, trading platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

 

Article 2. Amendments to the Agreement

The Company may amend this Agreement to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations. Any amendments shall be announced on the website prior to their effective date.

If a User does not object before the effective date, the amended terms shall be deemed accepted. If a User does not agree to the revised terms, the User may terminate the Agreement and discontinue use of the Services.

 

Article 3. Definitions

“User” means an individual or entity that has agreed to this Agreement and completed registration.
“Account” means the registered account used to access the Services.
“Digital Asset” means cryptocurrency or other blockchain-based tokens supported by the Company.
“Services” means all trading, custody, and related services provided by the Company.

 

Chapter 2. Account Registration and Use

Article 4. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

Users under the legal age in their jurisdiction may be restricted from accessing certain Services.

The Company may require identity verification (KYC) in accordance with applicable laws and internal compliance policies.

 

Article 5. Use of Services

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and this Agreement when using the Services. The Company may restrict or suspend Services in cases of suspicious, unlawful, or abusive activities.

 

Article 6. Account Security

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including ID and password. Any activity conducted through a User’s account shall be deemed the User’s responsibility.

If unauthorized use is suspected, the User must immediately notify the Company.

 

Article 7. Termination

Users may terminate their account at any time in accordance with the Company’s procedures.

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts if Users:

• Provide false information;
• Engage in unlawful activities;
• Interfere with platform operations;
• Violate intellectual property rights;
• Breach this Agreement or applicable regulations.

The Company reserves the right to take necessary actions, including restricting withdrawals or reporting to authorities, where required by law.

 

Chapter 3. Communications

Article 8. Notices

The Company may provide service-related notices via email, website announcements, SMS, or other electronic communication methods. Users may opt out of marketing communications where applicable.
